What I learned:
Business Development, done well, has such the potential of having a large impact on a company, regardless of the company's tenure. This book does a great job not only explaining the term "business development", but it also highlights a wonderful array of examples and stories where business development has been executed in the tech industry over the past few years. My key take aways from Pitching and Closing are a) the importance of asking the right questions, b) be persistent and c) expand your network.

If someone even has the remote interest in BD or intrigued by working at a startup, you should read this book. It's clear, offers actionable steps and you get immediate value out of reading it. Two thumbs up.
